Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Yiqi Huoxue Method

Objective:This study aims to use the method of randomized control to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with Shixiao Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and to verify the effect of Yiqihuoxue method on chronic atrophic gastritis(The therapeutic effect of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.To provide a new treatment plan for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in the future.Methods:During the period from October 2017 to October 2018,he was admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and was in compliance with the clinical diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).A total of 61 cases were completed in this study,including 31 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with Shixiao Decoction,and the control group was treated with Weifuchun Tablets.After the end of treatment,compare the improvement of TCM symptoms in patients,observe the changes of gastroscope and pathology,and compare the differences before and after treatment.Statistical methods:?~2 tests,t test,rank sum test,etc.,when P<0.05,the two groups of data were considered to be different and statistically significant.Results:Compared with the clinical symptoms of TCM,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.The test was statistically significant.The total scores of TCM syndromes were 3.71±4.49 in the treatment group and 8.10±5.14 in the control group.The test was statistically significant.Compared with the classification scores of TCM syndromes,the scores of stomach spasm,stomach cramps,body fatigue,food intake,shortness of breath,and stool thinning were0.52±1.15,0.65±1.20,0.84±1.44,0.61 after treatment.±0.72,0.26±0.51,0.13±0.34,and the control group were 1.47±1.48,1.47±1.38,1.87±1.66,1.00±0.74,0.77±0.90,0.77±0.86,respectively,and the test was statistically significant.The improvement of gastroscopy results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The test was statistically significant.The two groups of patients with chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa,gastric glandular atrophy,intestinal metaplasia treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group were87.10%,87.01%,83.33%,the effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,66.67%,38.89%,the test was statistically significant.In summary,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Compared with Weifuchun tablets,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with Shixiao Decoction can achieve better curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and slow down the pathological progress of gastric mucosa.Yiqihuoxue therapy is worthy of promotion.
