Research On The Foundation And Academic Connotation Of Yi Traditional Medicine Theory Based On Yi Literature

The ancient literature of Yi Medicine is an important carrier and serves as a source of Yi traditional medicine heritage. Generations of Yi doctors collected various body phenomena, essence of nature, the law of life and diseases, and they also accumulated a variety of effective treatment methods in clinical practice, which is still used nowadays by a large majority of Yi doctors. Yi medicine is authoritative, comprehensive, systematic and guiding. The sorting and combing of its accuracy and interpretation system can help us understand the origin and development of Yi medicine and its academic connotation.This thesis is divided into three sections.By surveying and analyzing the ancient literature of Yi Medicine in the first part,the thesis clarified the composition of Yi medicine literature resources. It includes ancient literature and reputation literature. The thesis analyzes the characteristics of the ancient literature of Yi medicine, and summarizes the characteristics of flow distribution features and heritage. The spreading forms include native ancient, ancient derivatives, newborn ancient, and ancient and reputation regeneration literature. Versions of the main types are manuscripts, mimeo, photocopies, typography, leather paper and edition. By surveying and studying the spread form and version type from ancient literature of Yi Medicine, we can clear version origins, distinguish the pros and cons, and filling deletions. Among the 214 kinds of the ancient literature of Yi Medicine surveyed, most are Southern dialect, southeastern and eastern dialect. There are only a few northern dialects. It has division idea, classified after doctors, medical knowledge, treatment, herbal, Prescription, clinical subjects, health, medical records, medical history, comprehensive medical books, veterinary and so on, Among them,medical history, Prescription, comprehensive medical books are the majority.The second part of the thesis is the systematic study of Yi doctors and ancient medicine, cross-checked and found Yi traditional medicine was produced in real life practice. The source of Yi medicine is the ancient astronomical calendar of Yi people. Yi medicine is the combination of Yi ancient astronomy, meteorology, calendar, mathematics, medicine, etc. It has great scientific and technological value in answering to the source of traditional Chinese medicine.The third part focuses on academic connotation of Yi traditional medicine theory. The third part of the study found that the Yi ancient astronomical calendar, meteorological knowledge is the fountainhead of Yi medicine, which is a major cornerstone of its theoretical system construction. Astronomical calendar is a rigorous mathematical system, Attempt to understand and explain the basic theory of Yi medicine. Its main contents include wushengshicheng and shishengwucheng, green line and red line, aipu,eight diagrams of universe, five elements of earth, heavenly stems and earthly, six colours,eight direction of every year etc, belonging to the Yi ancient philosophy. Try to cognitive and understand the basic theory and practice of Yi medicine. Cognitive human body and disease, developing for the prevention and treatment of diseases and health practices, knowledge and experience and skills, Formatted a unique academic of Yi medicine, is fundamentally different from other medical systems. In this study, used by method version, literature and fieldwork, analysis, judgment, and reasoning to obtain a comprehensive history of literature, social survey data, medical practices, and other various expositions and individuals create emotional material, giving scientific explanation, Reflecting and revealing the nature of Yi medicine.The main innovation of this project are the following areas:(1)Astronomical calendar knowledge demystified wushengshicheng and shishengwucheng, the law of celestial bodies and meteorological changes from wushengshicheng and shishengwucheng, is a common source of theoretical formation of Yi medicine. The thesis traces the evolution of the relationship between ancient astronomical calendar and medicine from the source. This is an important way to reveal the nature of science of Yi medicine.(2) The research methods do not stay in the theory and medicine itself, contacted the literature research, field research and clinical practice closely, it do not stay in the books to find the facts of Yi medicine. Looking for "real-life" historical information from field research, using literature retroactive method, back to the social background of medical knowledge generated when, cultural background, under the medical knowledge to understand and explain the accumulation of background. Sought learning the true meaning of the original classics from the Yi, connotated the concept of academic and theoretical interpretation of the right from the source. (3)This research breakthrough personal point of view. All the data used are form oral literature and ancient literature of Yi Medicine of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces. It answered the question of "from where", "flow to where","What is the value" of Yi medicine theory. So this research can effectively guide the development of clinical practice. All interpretation and explain the basis for discussion and sources are theoretical.
