The Comparing Study On The Species And Quality Of Naixiong, Shanchuanxiong And Chuanxiong

The species quality of Naixiong,Shanchuanxiong and Chuanxiong has been studied with comparing. Species and Locality of Chuanxiong has been done textual research. Documents of Naixiong and shanchuanxiong have been looked up. The outcome is Chuanxiong 0.71%,Shanchuanxiong 0.63%,Naixing 0.22%;Their volatile oils have been analysed by GC/MS. and GC.The outcome Shows that their chemical composition are Consisten basically;The quantities of lower and higher boiling point chemical composition have obvious differences;The contents of ligustilide and cnidilide of Dujiangyan and Pengzhou chuanxiong are higher than Naixiong and Shanchuanxiong. Their contents of ferulic acid have been determined. The outcome is Shanchuanxiong 0.08629%,Chuanxiong 0.04671%,Naixiong 0.04435%. Their Contents of the total alkaloid have been determined The out come is Chuanxiong 0.2592%,Shanchuanxiong 0.1951%,Naixiong 0.1718%.These determined outcome show that the quality of Chuanxiong is the best one,Should be the certified products. Shanchuanxiong is the second one. Naixiong is the most inferior in quality. So,it is suggested that shanchuanxiong may be medical used as Chuanxiong or be medical used for animal,and Naixiong Can't be medical used.
