Clinical Study On the Insulin Resistance of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease with Acupuncture.The research of relation between the insulin resistance and ICVD,which is remarkable clinical subject at present . Some think that the IR is a dangerous factor .which results to ICVD. At present, the world has not special methods on the therapy of IR. The acupuncture effect on the ICVD has been proved by a lot of clinical studies,but the reports are very little on the acupuncture of IR. According to the changes of scores nervous functional defects on the patients of ICVD, that are related to the before and after on the acupuncture , we begin to do the clinical study, and observe the changes of some lab indexes on the before and after of acupuncture .We will study the situation that the acupuncture improves IR, and how to prevent ICVD of mechanism by the acupuncture, and to study the relation between the IR and ICVD .The results indicate that the acupuncture can decrease the scores of nervous functional defects and improve the clinical effects,and is not significantly better than that of the control group(p>0. 05),but the acupuncture group is better than that of the control group in the total effective rate. The acupuncture can decrease the Fins,and improve the insulin sensitivity index, and is significantly better than that of the control group (p<0.05). The conclusion: the acupuncture can increase the sensitivity for the patients of the ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and improve thehyperlipemia.. Finally,it has some clinical effects for the ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
