Research Of Compatibility Mechanism Of Shenqi Pill Treating Osteoporosis By Experimental Design Of Analying Cause

Compatibility of medicine is the key of prescription. It is important to research the law of compatibility of prescription and to instruct the clinic in theory and practice. Firstly, the thesis summarized the present state of the study of compatibility of prescription from the definition, the origin of theory, the cotent and the method. Secondly, based the reinforcing kidney to replenish marrow of Kidney-Qi Pill , the thesis discussed on the action of compatibility of prescription of Kidney-Qi Pill treating the osteoporosis rats due to rentinoic acid by analying cause.The results showed that: Rhemannia Bolus with Six Herbs has statistical significance in bone mineral density, while the Guifu hasn't statistical significance.But the interaction of Six Herbs and Guifu has statistical significance (P<0.05) .The results illustrated that the two groups had coordination action in improving the bone mineral density of the osteoporosis rats due to rentinoic acid.To say in other words, Guifu has the action of accelerating Six Herbs in improving the bone mineral density. In addition, the results of biochemistry marker in serum, biomechanics, immunohistochemistry and morphometry showed that: the Kindey-Qi group was superior to Six Herbs and Guifu group (P<0. 05, P<0. 01) .The previous results illustrated that: (1) By the analying cause, the conclution of coordination action can be achieved between the drugs; (2)In improving the bone mineral density of the osteoporosis rats due to rentinoic acid, the Six Herbs and Guifu had coordination action; (3)Kindey-Qi Pillimproved the bone mineral density by affecting the osteoblast and osteoclast, regulating the excretion of hormone and cytokine; 漏From the analysis of the original work of Synopsis of Golden Chamber, component ion of drugs and evolution, the effection of Kidney-Qi was warming and invigorating Kidney-Qi.
