| Heat-Damp in the Spleen and the stomach (HDSS) is a common syndrome of the Spleen and the Stomach and play an important role in the disease of splenogasric sthenia syndrome . The studing of HDSS will be promote to the progress of the study on the spleen snature. In order to research into the noxa and invasion mechanism and to develop new drugs to treat HDSS, it is very important to strengthen the study the animal model of HDSS. The spleen governs transportation and transformation, and of dampness, is the hub of fluid metabolism. The pathogenesis of Splenogastric Hygropyrexia Syndrome is "the abnormity of the spleen's governing transportation and transformation of dampness, the retention of internal dampness ensuing, and the dampness accumulating to turn into heat", which is manifested by heaviness of the body, lassitude, loose stools, thirsty not wanting to drink water, a yellow, sticky tongue.So the "the spleen's governing transportation and transformation of dampness" and AQP are linked by the fluid metabolism. The normal expression of AQP may be the molecular basis of "the spleen's governing transportation and transformation of dampness", while the abnormal expression of AQP may be one of mechanisms of "Pi Wei Shi Re" Syndrome. 1. Literature review of HDSSReviewing literature,We find HDSS was based on Theory of "Emperor Huang" and developed during Jin and Yuan dynasty and formed during Ming and Qing dynasty. Recently, modern TCM researchers do a lots of on "Splenogastric Hygropyrexia",such as diagnosis criteria, distribution of disease species, inflammation, Helicobacter pylori, and soon.But all these are not enough to discover the nature of HDSS.2. Study on ClinicObjective and Methods:Choose 60 cases patients with CSG and HDSS.AU the patients are devided into two groups.One group of 30 cases are treated by Qing Zhou An Zhong prescription and the effect was observed;Others was treated by standardization of Western medicine.Results:The total effective rate between two groups has on significance of difference(P>0.05).Two remedise are effective to HDSS. The Qing Zhou An Zhong prescription can effectively ameliorate the major clinical symptoms in the patients of CSG With HDSS and more effectively than Western medicine.But Western medicine is more potenter on eliminate H.Pylori. Conclusions:The Qing Zhou An Zhong prescription is effective on HDSS.3. Reproduction of animal model of HDSSFor researching reproduction of animal model of HDSS,we adopt the method of integrate of disease and syndrome.let rats have gastritis by stimulate with 2% natrium-salicylic.At the same time,treatment the rats with heat-damp environment, eating too much fat, sweet food.We research the intensity and limit time of varies factors and adopt a effective method .It is discovered that multiple factors acting on rats can make more HDSS'symptoms.After finishing reproduction The group of HDSS is in lost weight and had hypodynamia, diarrhea or constipation, dry and less luster hair.The Changes ofNa'-K'-ATPase and NO of HDSS-rat is similar to the patients with HDSS.4. The relationship between HDSS and the expression of aquaporins(AQP3,AQP4)In the experiment, the rats' gastric mucous membrane AQP3 and AQP4 of two locuses were tested.The gene expression of AQP3 and AQP4 was detected by FQ-RCR(Fluorescence Quantitive Polymerase Chiain Reaction).Results:Quantitated, the gene expression of AQP3 in the CSG-HDSSA and HDSS group is higher than spleen-deficiency syndrome group,CSG group and normal group significantly (p<0.01,p<0.05); and between the spleen-deficiency syndrome group,CSG group and normal group has no difference.The gene expression of AQP4 in the CSG-HDSSA group,HDSS group and CSG group is higher than spleen-deficiency syndrome groupsignificantly (p<0.01,p<0.05).
