Study On The Key Technologies Of The Quality Control And Evaluation Standard Of Radix Glehniae

The quality control and quality guarantee are two key problems in the modernization,industrialization and internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the study of its quality control, the true or false in nature and good or bad in quality of traditional Chinese medicine are the key points. At present, we can use the methods of biological fingerprint atlas such as hereditary protein, enzyme, DNA, and so on to distinguish the species and cultivars accurately and to identify the true or false of traditional Chinese herbs. At the same time, we can also use the methods of chemical qualitative and quantitative analysis and chemical fingerprint atlas to evaluate the quality of the herbs.In the thesis, many modern study and analysis approaches and techniques have been applies, to be more specific, they are: chemical qualitative and quantitative analysis, including HPLC quantitative analysis, TLC-UV quantitative analysis, saccharide analysis, amino-acid analysis, extracts analysis, ash analysis and water analysis; protein PAGE fingerprints atlas, POD-PAGE fingerprints atlas and HPLC fingerprints atlas etc. With all these techniques, this thesis has made a systematical and comprehensive study of the quality control and evaluation of Radix Glehniae under different conditions.
