Objectives: To establish the methods of replenishing Qi and warming yang, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is useful in the treatment of congestive heart failure according to the mechanisms and clinical observation of CHF. To explore the function mechanism of LinXin I in the treatment of HF and the influence of it on the heart function ,the ventricular remodeling and related factors of the CHF rats by using advanced technology and methods in order to benefit the clinical research and medicine exploration. Methods: Adriamycin is applied to build CHF model. Eighty-four male wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, model group, enalapril control group, XinBao control group, high-dose LinXin /group, low-dose LinXin /group. The general condition and death rate of the rats are evaluated. Meanwhile, the rats' tissue morphology and myocardial ultrastructure change, the heart, lung, liver indexes and hemodynamics change are measured. Moreover, ET, AngII,ANP, TNF- α in the rats plasma are measured through radioimmunoassay; Bax, Bc1-2, ICAM-1 in the rats plasma are measured through immunohistochemica] method and MMP3, TIMP-1 expression of the rats' myocardia are measured with RT-PCR.Results:To build CHF model with injecting Adriamycin into the rats' abdomen can injure their myocardia. LinXin I can improve the rats organ congestion , injury on tissue cells and homodynamic parameters .It can regulate nerve endocrine system through reducing ET, ANP, AngII,TNF- α level in the plasma of the rats and ICAM-1 expression in the rats myocardial cells .It can restrain myocardial cells apoptosis through decreasing protein Bax...
