| [Objective]: 1. we can induce the model of chronic nonbacterialprostatitis by partly blocking SD male rat vein. 2. Research chronic nonbacterial prostatitis therapeutic methods using the model which had been built.[Method ]: 1 .We partly blocked the vein of the SD male rat in order toexpand the Santorini plexus and make gore of the pelvic. Second, we killed rat in different time(10,20,35, 44, 62days) and then resected prostate. The prostate were divided: one half were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, and the rest were processed for ELISA. The formalin-fixed tissues were embedded in paraffin for sectioning and staining with standard HE or toluidine blue protocols. Sections were scored by two observers blinded to the experiment, for edema , the density of blood vessel, leukocyte infiltration, the density of mastocyte. IL-1β and TNF- a were performed in the prostate tissue which not fixed in formalin. Then contrast the results oftreated rats with those of normal rats and statistically analysed. 2. All of experimental rats were divided into four groups. Group A (n=20) were served as control; Group B (n=20) were served as model; Group C (n=20) were gorged prednisone acetate tablets 1mg/kg/d (eight weeks); Group D (n=20) were gorged prednisone acetate tablets 15mg/kg/d (eight weeks ) . Group C and Group D were gorged prednisone acetate tablets and prostat tablets at the same time when we succeeded in building the model. Group A and Group B were gorged NS of equal volume once a day (eight weeks ) . Observe the adverse effect. After that, we killed the rats with same measure in different times (2, 4, 6, 8weeks) .And then, we selected the prostate tissues which were stained with standard HE protocols to observe the pathological modality. And selected prostate tissue which was stained with toluidine blue protocol to observe the density of mastocyte. Then quantitied the cytokine (IL-1 and TNF- a ) .All the results from different groups were compared with eath other and statistically analysed.( Result]: 1. We can induce the model of chornic nonbactarial prostatitisby partly blocking SD male rat vein resulting in pelvic gore syndrome. 2. After eight weeks of the treatment, the pathomorphology in group C and group D was no different from that in group A(P<0.05). 3. After two weeks, the quantity of the cytokine in group C was different from that in group B,but there was no statistical significant between group C and group A. After eight weeks of the treatment, the quantity of the cytokine in group D was different from that in group B, but there was no statistical significant between group D and group A. 4. After two weeks, the phychosis and acitivity of the rats in group C was reduced, also the capacity of drinking water and uresis wasdecreased, but there was no obvious adverse effect in the treatment. [Conclusion]: 1. We took the lead in inducing the model of chronicnonbacterial prostatitis in China. It has good reliability. And it maximumly stimulate chronic nonbacterial prostatitis of men with venous diseases.2. The model of chronic nonbacterial prostatitics can provide the basis for further research about the etiology and therapy,and the grown up chronic nonbacterial prostatitis rats can also provide suitable platform for the research oftherpy.3. The therapeutic effect of the steroid antimicrobial is good, but its adverse effect is obvious. Prostat tablet has uniform effect with the steroid antimicrobial. It take a long time to reach effect, no obvious adverse effect was obsvered.
