Objective To investigate the effect and pathogenesis of inflammation factors in interleukins family and C reactive protein(CRP) in deep venous thrombosis(DVT), and explore early diagnostic and prognostic markers on patients of DVT. Methods 30 DVT casesn were divided into two groups: acute group and subacute group according as course of disease; meanwhile, it was divided into three groups: periphred DVT group, central DVT group and mixed DVT group, based on pathology. Cytokines and CRP were respectively measure at two hours before admission and 1,3,7,14 days after admission. Results Some markers, such as sIL -2R, IL-6, IL-8,and CRP, showed higher serum level in acute phase than in subacute phrase, what's more, these also showed the following concentration comparision: centeal DVT group>mixed DVT group>peripheral DVT group. These markers declined after the patients' condition alleviated. However, the serum concentration of IL-4 didn't show ang significantly statistic variety.in the whole course. Conclusions sIL -2R, IL-6,IL-8,and CRP, were significantly elevated in DVT patients (P<0.01)specially CRP and sIL -2R, can be regarded as early diagonostic and prognostic markers.
