Objective : To observe improving effect of Zishen Huoxue Mixture whose effect is to foster Yin and dive Yang , mobilize blood and connect vessel has on left ventricular diastolic dysfunction caused by hypertension and to explore the effect mechanism . Methods : The patients have been devided to ZishenHuoxue Mixture group whose patient number is 32 and captopril control group whose patient number is 30 with the help of random method. The course of treatment is 8 weeks. Results : In experiment it has been proved that ZishenHuoxue Mixture can decrease accidentally surveyed blood pressure , arteries and veins pressure and 24-hour dynamic blood pressure ; improve clinical symptom ; adjust blood vessel active material ; decrease blood sticky degree ; improve left ventricular diastolic dysfunction . This effect doesn't depend on the improvement of left ventricular fertile . By statistics it has proved that ZishenHuoxue Mixture is the same as captopnl in controlling blood pressure , improve left ventrical diastolic function . So left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in hypertension's base mechanism is Yin diffident Yang stimulate, blood clot hinder vessels . Conclusion : This mixture improve left ventricular diastolic dysfunction through controlling blood pressure , adjust blood vessel active material; decrease blood sticky degree . So it is a good drug in prevention and cure of hypertension and its complication and it offers theory proof for Chinese Traditional Medicine in prevention and cure of hypertension .
