ObjectOn the basis of tonifying kidney antihypertension formula combined with "replenish qi and activate blood Chinese herbal medicine" for early intervention in hypertensive patients with diastolic dysfunction,in order to evaluate the prevention and control efficiency based on the TCM theory that "Qi and blood are correlated with one another",further optimize the TCM diagnosis and treatment regimen of hypertension, and explain syndromes with prescriptions to verify the intrinsic correlation between Qi and blood syndromes and cardiac diastolic dysfunction for providing a reference for development of TCM theory for hypertension.MethodsOn the basis of the early cross-sectional survey, filtered met inclusion and exclusion criteria of hypertensive patients with cardiac diastolic dysfunction randomization assigned into 3 groups. Each group have to accept conventional treatment of western medicine that follow "The China hypertension prevention and treatment guidelines(2010 revision)".Based on treatment of western medicine, the original group also treated by "Bu Shen Jiang Ya" and optimized grouptreated by optimization of "Bu Shen Jiang Ya",while the western medicine control group trear by the appearance and odor of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)simulation that is similar to them. The period of treatment is 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, record cardiac diastolic function,TCM syndrome, the main symptoms,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and safety indicators, etc. And after 6 months follow-up the cardiovascular events and adverse reactions.Results1.Left Ventricular Diastolic Function:after the treatment, the parameter of E/Ea of the optimized group declined than original group and the western medicine control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.TCM syndrome:after the treatment, the effective rate of TCM syndrome of optimized group was 74.4%,the original group was 62.2%.Significantly higher than the control group which was 21.4%,comparison between treatment group with control groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:after optimization scheme in the treatment group yin deficiency of liver and kidney and qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndromes associated with dizzy, lassitude of spirit, dry eyes, numbness of limbs, tinnitus, weakness of tibia and knees, hot flashes, dryness of mouth and pharynx, constipation, insomnia and blood stasis is improved, and the difference between the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),in Qi deficiency and blood stasis symptoms aslassitude of spirit and blood stasis were significantly improved compared with the original group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).That optimization group achieve the best effect in the improvement of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndromes.Conclusions1.The optimization of "Bu Shen Jiang Ya" could decrease the parameter of E/Ea of hypertensive patients with diastolic dysfunction. It can improve left ventricular diastolic filling, and improve the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.2.The optimization of "Bu Shen Jiang Ya" could improve hypertensive patients with diastolic dysfunction(yin deficiency of liver and kidney and qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndromes)clinical symptoms remarkably and improve their quality of life.3.Compared with the original group, the optimization group can decrease the parameter of E/Ea to improve the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction,it also significantly improved the symptoms of qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndromes.
