The Mechanism Of GanZHiQing Controlling The Lipid Metabolism Of Fatty Liver By Multi-targeted Means

Objective:To conclude the therapeutic effect and explore the action mechanism of GanZhiQing in treating fatty liver disease, reveal it's mechanism in controling lipid metabolism by multi-targeted means. And to build a new theory of treating fatty liver with TCM. Methods:83 cases of NAFLD or ALD were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (52 cases) was treated with GanZhiQing orally .The control group(31 cases) was treated with DongBao GanTai orally. Both the period of treatment is 10 weeks. Synchronously, actualize the rats experimentation, set up prevention group treated with GZHQ , treatment groups treated with GZHQ or DongBao GanTai. Validate the effect and investigate the action mechanism. Result: The clinical study showed that the two recipes both have efficiency on some aspects,such as integrated effect ,Zhenghou'effect of TCM, integral of main symptoms, alleviating liver's inflammation, regaining liver function, decreasing the content of triglyceride and cholesterol and sugar in blood, eliminating insulin resistance, decreasing fat cumulation in liver, lessening weight and waist/ buttocks ratio, etc. In addition, the efficacy of GZHQ is superior to that of DongBao GanTai,the difference is siginificant(P<0.01).The experimental study showed that,l.The GZHQ has favorably preventive-treated action,it can interdict traumas and turbulence of lipid metabolism which induced by diverse factors, and restrain the relevant pathological response in liver.
