The Research On The Mechanism Of Curative Effect On Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With GanZhiQing

Objective:To observe GanZhiQing's preventive and therapeutic effect on alcoholic fatty liver(AFL)from clinical and experimental research, and unveil its mechanism of antagonizing AFL.Methods: 67 patients of AFL were divided into treatment group (41 cases)and control group(26 cases), treated with GZHQ and DongbaoganTai respectively.After 10 weeks, observe and note the changes of symptoms and indexes in serum.Adopt the way of stomach lavaging with 60% alcohol and drinking 10% alcohol to establish the rats models of AFL. And the models were divided into treatment group and control group,finally,measure the contents of ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,TNF-ɑ,SOD,MDA in serum and investigate changes of fat staining,CYP2E1,TGF-β1 expression with immunohistochemistry in liver tissue,and changes in the ultrastructure.Results:Clinical study showed: the treatment group is superior to that of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01)。The prevent and treatment group both have ascendant effect on indexs in serum,Except of AST and ALT,the other items in serum and in tissue are superior to that of the control group, the difference is siginificant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: GZHQ can decrease fat cumulation in liver, regain function, alleviating inflammation, resist Lipid peroxidation. resume the normal strcture.And to perevent and cure AFL availably。...
