The Research On The Mechanism Of Curative Effect On Fatty Liver Disease With The Method Of Jianpihuatan

Objective: To observe the Method of Jianpihuatan's therapeutic effect on fatty liver from clinical research, and unveil its mechanism of antagonizing FL. Methods: 81 patients of FL were divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(31 cases), treated with GanZhiQing and DongbaoganTai respectively. After 12 weeks, observe and note the changes of symptoms and indexes in serum. Results: Clinical study showed: the treatment group is superior to that of control group(P <0. 05, P<0. 01). Conclusion: the Method of Jianpihuatan can decrease fatcumulation in liver, regain function, alleviating inflammation, resist Lipid peroxidation, resume the normal structure, and to prevent and cure FL availably.
