Expression of the somatostatin receptor2 (SSTR2) in human primary breast invasive ductal carcinoma(HPBIDC) and the change expressed by SSTR2 in tumor tissue before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy is the basis for diagnosing breast cancer and monitoring metastatic focus through applying somatostatin receptor scintigraphy(SRS) in clinical practice. In the way of research, this subject reviews relationship among the expression of the somatostatin receptor2 (SSTR2) in human primary breast invasive ductal carcinoma concerning 82 patients, clinical pathological elements and microvessel density(MVD) in tumor tissues as well as the relationship of survival between SSTR2 and MVD between January 1998 and January 2000 in our hospital. With foresightedness, the authors conduct research into the influence of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expression of the SSTR2 in human primary...
