| Expressions of p75NGFR,TrkA,JNK and NF- κB were examined in 137 specimens of ductal adenocarcinomas of pancreas using immunohistochemical technique. Relationships between expressions of p75NGFR and clinical-pathological parameters, and p75NGFR and TrkA, JNK, NF-kB were analyzed respectively. The cell line of stably expressing p75NGFR was established with gene transfected technique. Effects of p75NGFR on biological behavior of pancreatic carcinoma cell, tumor formation and growth, invasion and metastasis of allografts in nude mice were observed, which provides a useful cytobiological platform and reliable theoretical base.
