Laryngeal cancer is one of the most common malignant neoplasm in head and neck.Although a number of the patients with laryngeal cancer were saved by surgery operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and Laser, there are about 30-40% patients with laryngeal cancer died of recurrence and metastasis of carcinoma. Advancing of molecular biological technique, gene therapy of carcinoma will bring hope to the patients with carcinoma .To investigate the ability of acceleration of apoptosis and inhibition of Hep-2 proliferation by down-regulation eIF4E expression , observe the effects on apoptosis and proliferation in Hep-2 after 10-23DNAzyme3-eIF4E tranfected,s. he identification of new molecular targets may lead to more effective treatment for laryngeal cancer.More and more studies show suppression of apoptosis plays a critical role in tumor initiation, progression . Eukaryotic initiation factor 4E (eIF4E)was a hot spot of oncologic research. It was an important factor to adjust protein synthesis and affect the neoplastic development. In normal, eIF4E expressed at low level. The overexpression of eIF4E selectively adjusted some protein that was important...
