The Study Of Effect To TNF-α, IL-6 And CRP Of Acute Bacterial Peritonitis Treated By Shuang Bo Shui Mi Gao Paving On Abdomen

ObjectiveAcute bacterial peritonitis is a kind of the common surgical disease. It used to be evoked by enteric bacteria, always happened after acute appendicitis, perforation of anabrosis, acute pancreatitis, acute ileus, etal. Acute bacterial peritonitis can develop to circumscribed peritonitis or diffusal peritoniti-s, decided by resistance of the patient, the degree of infection and the treatment. The main pathological change is systemic inflammatorome caused by enteric bacteria. The mediators of inflammation contained by TNF- α , IL-6 and CRP have important effect. We test the effect of Shuang bo shui mi gao treating for acute bacterial peritonitis, by testing cytokine. The study can extend the method and base to develop new drug.Content1. Clinical research(1) material and method60 patients were allocated randomly to two groups. One group were treated with Shuang bo shui mi gao paving on abdomen , the other group were treated with commen treatment. Except for anti-inflammatory, nutritional support, normal treatment, the study group were treated by Shuang bo shui mi gao(100~500g) paving on abdomen for 7 days continually. The control group have no treatment with Shuang bo shui mi gao. After 7 days, we observe the effect of the treatment, about bowel sound, aerofluxus, defecation, body temperature, leucocyte, TNF-α , IL-6 and CRP.(2) result? curative effectThe effective rate of the treatment group is 90. 6%, and the effective rate of the control group is 85.8%. (2) external treatment on acute bacterial peritonitisThe experiment showed that Shuang bo shui mi gao can cut down the level of TNF-a , IL-6 effectively and cut down the death rate of the rat.It is said that Shuang bo shui mi gao can inhibit inflammatory reaction and anti-endoxemia. Conclusionl.Our clinical research showed that external treatment of Shuang bo shui mi gao can remove general symptom, encourage functional recovery of stomach intestine, cut down the level of TNF-a , IL-6 and CRP, decrease complication, decurtate the time of therapy.2. Our experiment showed that Shuang bo shui mi gao had the effect of anti-inflammatory, detumescence and alleviate pain, it also can inhibit inflammatory reaction and hold back the growth of enteric bacteria, prevent the aversion of bacteria, cut down the level of TNF- a and IL-6, encourage functional recovery of stomach intestine.3. We just study for the primary mechanism of action of Shuang bo shui mi gao, and we have to study for the bathypelagic mechanism of action of Shuang bo shui mi gao in the future.
