The Study On The Immunoregulatory Mechanism Of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have become the core of the research on adult stem cells. Privious studies have showed that both the autogeneic and the allogeneic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells inhibited the T-lymphocyte proliferation in mixed lymphocyte response (MLR) or stimulated by phytohaemagglutinin ( PHA ) . However, up to now, the immunomodulatory mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is still unclear. It is known that the immunomodulatory mechanism of flesh is very complicated including the following three aspects maily.
