Objective:Cervical cancer is the commonest malignant tumor of gynecological cancers, lymph node metastasis is the key routine of distant metastasis, also as an vital prognostic marker in cervical carcinoma. Many studies indicated that VEGF-C correlate with lymph node metastasis .The study of mechanism of VEGF-C in lymph node metastasis was focus on VEGF-C induced lymphangiogenesis. The objective was designed to investigate the function of VEGF-C in cervical cancer cell line Hela, proliferation, adhesion, invasion, et al. biological behaviors. Methods:1. Immunohistochemical was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens of 68 primary invasive cervical carcinoma, 10 normal cervical tissue. Correlation of expression of VEGF-C with cervical carcinoma clinical stage , pathological grade, pathological subtype , lymph node metastasis ,et al.clinicopathological factors was...
