Hepatocelluar carcinoma is one of the most common neoplasms in China, its morbidity ranks the third and the death rate ranks the second among all kinds of neoplasm. The post-operation reoccurrence rate of Hepatocelluar carcinoma is very high, its susceptivities to chemotherapy and radiotherapy are very low and the effects of the treatments with immunotherapy and intervention are not perfect. Along with the progress of the molecular biology research, the treatment of hepatocelluar carcinoma gets into molecular lever. At present, the researches show that the growth of neoplasm is closely related to oncogene activator, suppressor malfunction and the lose control of cell cycle. The pathogeny therapy of neoplasm is mainly focusing on the abnormality of the oncogenes and their suppressors, and the major strategy of genetherapy are hampering the express of the oncogene and restoring the function of the suppressor.Multiple Tumor Suppressorl, discovered by Kamb and David respectively,...
