Objective: To observe the effects the formula of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis on the rat model with viral dilated cardiomyopathy. To investigate its mechanics at the molecular level, then to provide academic warranties for interfering the viral dilated cardiomyopathy early.Methods: Replicated the animal models of the early viral dilated cardiomyopathy with the method of injecting thecoxB_3m virus to the peritoneal cavity of the Balb/c rats. Deviding the 210 Balb/c rats into four groups random. The blank group has 30 rats.The model group,the high dose Chinese traditional medicine group and the low dose Chinese traditional medicine group have 60 rats each. Observed the effects of the formula of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis on the cordis weight index,the pathomorphismand, the ultrastructure and the express of the TNF- α mRNA in the muscle tissue of the heart.Result:1. The formula of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis can depress the rate beteew of the heart and the weight of the rat model with viral dilated cardiomyopathy. And the effects of the high dose Chinese traditional medicine group is the best.2. The formula of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis can improve the changes of the pathomorphismand and the ultrastructure of the rat model with viral dilated cardiomyopathy.3. The formula of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis can play down the expression of the TNF- a mRNA of the rat model with viral dilated cardiomyopathy. And the effects of the high dose Chinese traditional medicine group is the best.Conclusions: The formula of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis can alleviate the pathologic injury and the the autogenous immune response.So the formula has some preventing effects on the viral dilated cardiomyopathy.
