Obective: To observed BCRP and PCDGF expressed in the scrum of NSCLC patients and normal adults,we try to analyse the relation of BCRP and PCDGF expressing and assess the value of clinical application of BCRP and PCDGF.Material and Methods: 44 advanced NSCLC patients and 30 normal persons were enrolled in our experiment with their venous blood collected , BCRP and PCDGF was applied for first antibody in the experiment. Some serous specimens were selected randomly for western-blot,and then all specimens were applied for ELISA. Chemotherapeutic response of the patients was followed and recorded to analyse the relation between level of expression of BCRP and /or PCDGF and chemotherapeutic sensitivity. Next step, BCRP and PCDGF was detected in pathologic slice of 34 advanced nsclc patients initial treated by immunochemistrv. The intensity of dyeing was evaluated for relation of chemotherapeutic response. Results: (1)The result of Western blot indicated the expression of BCRP and PCDGF both in NSCLC patients and normal adults and the expressing level of patients is higher than normal.(2) The result of ELISA showed BCRP(P= 0.000232) and PCDGF(P=2.61525E-13) significant higher expression in patients than the normal.(3)Significant higher expression of PCDGF in chemoresistant patients than the chemosensitive (P=0.04654438) and the normal(P=1.46245E-08). the chemosensitive patients were higher than the normal.( P=6.56497E-05) .(4) Significant higher expression of BCRP in chemoresistant patients than the chemosensitive (P=0.015915478) and the normal(P=0.000561). the chemosensitive patients were nearly to the normal.( P=0.080046176) .(5)The rate of PCDGF expression in the slices of 34 NSCLC patients is 52.94%, Significant higher expression of BCRP in...
