The Expression Of Survivin,Bcl-2 In NSCLC And Their Association With Chemosensitivity

Objective: To explore the relationship of the expression of Survivin,Bcl-2with the Chemosensitivity of NSCLC.Methods: SP immunohistochemistry method were used to detect the expression of Survivin,Bcl-2 in 44 cases of NSCLC. The relationship between the expression of Survivin,Bcl-2 in 44 cases of NSCLC and the Chemosensitivity were analyzed statistically.Results:1. The Survivin were located in cell cytoplasm; the Bcl-2 was located in cell membrane or cytoplasm.2. Significant difference of the expression level of the Survivin in NSCLC was found in TNM stages, pathological grades, lymphnode metastasis and chemosensitivity (p<0.05). But there was no significant difference in difference pathological types (p>0.05).3. Significant difference of the expression level of the Bcl-2 in NSCLC was found in difference pathological types, TNM stages, pathological grades, lymphnode metastasis and chemosensitivity (p<0.05).4. There was positive correlation between expression level of the Survivin with the Bcl-2. (p<0.05).Conclusion:1,Over-expression of the Survivin,Bcl-2 in the NSCLC has a correlation with their lymphnode metastasis and prognosis.2,Survivin and Bcl-2 has a correlation with their chemise- nsitivity.3,Co-detected method of the expression levels of the two proteinscan be important significant in detecting the action of NSCLC analyze the potential capacity of transmission. The survivin and Bcl-2 might be a valuable new marker in selecting chemical drugs, guiding the plan of rational therapeutic scheme in NSCLC.
