| Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and the Vascular inflamatory factors C-reactive protein, Interleukin-6 in patients with diabetic angiopathies by way of ginseng-astragalus compound prescription.Methods:74 patients with Diabetic Angiopathies were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were treated with basic treatment of diabets.Treatment group, while using the basic treatment plus TCM decoction ginseng-astragalus compound prescription in the principal of boosting qi and nourishing yin, transforming stasis and freeing the collaterals, every 150ml,3 times a day for 8 weeks; control group with the basic treatment of diabets.The patients' symptoms, signs, C-reactive protein, Interleukin-6, blood glucose, blood lipid and glycated hemoglobin before and after treatment were observed. And comprehensive efficacies were evaluated.Results:The clinical studies show that:Treatment group, there were 18 cases markedly effective, effective in 17 cases, ineffective in 2 patients. The effective rate was 49%, and total effective rate was 95%.Control group,12 cases markedly effective,18 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective, markedly effective rate was 32%, total effective rate was 81% and difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Treatment group can significantly reduce the leveles of C-reactive protein, Interleukin-6.The difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group significantly improved symptoms, signs, blood glucose, blood lipid and glycated hemoglobin of the patients.Conclusions:The method of boosting qi and nourishing yin, transforming stasis and freeing the collaterals can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce C-reactive protein, Interleukin-6,effectively improve the status and glucolipid metabolism, thus can earlier prevent the occurrence and development of DA.
