To investigate the effect of cytokine on the apoptosis in hepatocarcinoma cells caused by Interferon- α (IFN- α ) up-regulating Fas expression.Methods: The expression of Fas and FasL of hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG2.2.15 was examined by flow cytometry (FCM). Resistance of hepatocarcinoma cells to Fas-mediated apoptosis was studied using anti-Fas agonistic monoclonal antibody (mAb) CH11.
