The Treatment Of Yishenhuoxue Capsule On Hyperhomocysteinemia Of Coronary Heart Disease

ObjectiveIn order to create new clinical medicine which can prevent and cure hyperhomocysteinemia and atherosclerosis, we study the treatment effect and mechanism of Chinese Medicine(YiShenHuoXue Capsule) on hyperhomocysteinemia and atherosclerosis. Methods1. Animal examination1.1 Test animal: Wistar rats.1.2 Model: We set up hyperhomocysteinemia rats model by feeding wistar rats high methionine diet(which include 5% methionine) for 3 months.1.3 Animals grouping: Using randomized single blind method divided 80 Wistar rats into 8 groups.
