[Research Background]There were two keys in reproduction of fertile women, ovarian follicle developing maturely, ovulation and oosperm implantation. In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycle, they were related to ovarian response and endometrial receptivity. How to evaluate ovarian response, endometrial receptivity and to improve IVF-ET treatment were concerned by researchers of reproductive medicine.Endometrial receptivity was regarded as a certain status of endometrium that allowed embryo attaching, penetrating and implanting with some changes of endometrial stroma.
