The research created EM model of rats successfully. The level of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) of the rats serum, epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), matrix metalloproteinase -9 (MMP-9) tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1), interleukin-6mRNA( IL-6mRNA) and vascular endothelial growths factor mRNA (VEGT-mRNA) expression of the rats local tissue their characterization, Positioning. Quantitative detectied by ELISA immunohistochemical method. In situ hybridization , Light microscope technique is expected to researching mechanisms of endometriosis and YWN results:(1) The level of TGF-β1 in serum was higher in EM group than that in normal group and TGF-β1 was down-regulated in serum by YWN;(2) The positive expressions of MMP-9 were higher in EM group than that in normal gomp, while the posiofive expressions of TIMP-1 was lower .The ratio of MMP-9/TIMP was higher than the normal;(3) The positive expression of EGFR and VEGF mRNA were higher in EM group than that in normal group;(4) The positive expression of IL-6 mRNA was higher in EM group than that in normal group.Conclusions:(1) In the study of the interaction between MMP-9 and TIMP-1, they have the important function in the invision and transformation process of EM, YWN could regulate the balance of MMP-9/TIMP-1, reduce the invasion and transformation process of ectopic endometrium.(2) YWN could eliminate inflummatory medium and regulae immune function.(3) Growing vessel is essential in EM. YWN has the function of restraining growing vessel planting the research provides scientific theoretical and experimental foundation in which YWN may become a new way of treatment for EM.
