In order to deeply understand the TCM effective emechanism to SLE, look for the more TCM and western medicine integrated therapeutic methods to SLE We treated SLE with TCM herp capsule - the nourishing yin clearing heat capsule, observed the genomics and proteomics effects of the nourishing yin clearing heat Capsule in SLE and researched the gene and protein expression level -the microscopic substantial phannacologic effect foundation of the nourishing yin clearing heat capsuleMethods1. We could have some new chances to research mechanism prevention and control of SLE through studing the effect of medicated serum, decamethasone and control serum on some genes and proteins of internal heat due to Yin deficiency type SLR.
