| Objective:The clinical efficacy and safety of the systematic observation of the self prescription of nourishing yin and clearing heat in treating facial hormone dependent dermatitis of internal Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:The group of90cases in internal yin deficiency syndrom in patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,using randomized controlled research programs will be incorporated into the cases were divided into two groups,45cases in each group to observe the group of Traditional Chinese medicine to the control group, oral administration of western medicine. Referral after every two weeks to observe the changes of each group of patients with symptom score.The total course of treatment for eight weeks, each set of data for statistical analysis after the end of treatment, and for evaluating the therapeutic efficacy.Results:Two groups in terms of efficacy, respectively, as follows:the observation group, the cure rate of46.51%, markedly effective rate of30.23%, the total efficiency of95.35%;20.00%of the control group, the cure rate, markedly effective rate of30.00%, the total effective rate was77.50%. Observation group and control group comparison, the total efficiency, clinical symptoms and other aspects of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the effect of the internal medicine group therapy is superior to oral administration of the WM group treatment.Conclusion:" Self prescription of nourishing yin and clearing heat" in the treatment of yin deficiency heat facial hormone dependent dermatitis is a safe and effective treatment, and no apparent side effects, should be widely applied clinically. |
