Objective: New ultrasound technology viable myocardium of coronary heart diseaseresearch and assessment of coronary artery stent implantation (PTCA) Long-termEfficacy and explore its value. Methods: The new ultrasound technology includes fouraspects: 1. Determine distal left anterior descending artery flow by transthoracic coronaryDoppler echocardiography before and after the Left Anterior Descending CoronaryArtery Stent Implantation.2. Evaluation Left Ventricular Regional Myocardial MotionFunction in Coronary Artery Disease after Long-term Intracoronary Stent Implantation ByTDI-Q Regional Strain. 3. Analyzing Normal Mitral Annular Motion with AutomatedMitral Annular Tracking Technique. The application of ultrasonic methods for evaluatingPTCA Long-term Efficacy. Results: The new ultrasound technology can be used to assessthe coronary artery blood flow, evaluate regional myocardial and left ventricular function.Resumption group of efficacy was better than left ventricular remodeling group. Conclusions: The new ultrasound technology can be fully display viable myocardium coronary reperfusion, assessment of regional myocardial and left ventricular function.Itcomplete and objective analysis Myocardial Viability post PTCA, provide a practical andeffective method of ultrasound diagnostics.
