Language Contact And Language Changes

As one of the colloquialisms most deeply influenced by Chinese, Qian Gorlos Mongolian Colloquial Speech has notable characteristics in Horqin colloquial expressions. Based on field surveys to collect data and the previous studies, the thesis paper first makes a research on Qian Gorlos Mongolian cultural fertilization, the current situation of the application of Mongolian caused by language contacts and its characteristics such as pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary by using the theory and approach of sociolinguistics and linguistics. Besides, it also has an analysis on the changes of Chinese influences on Mongolian from the perspectives of pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. Finally, it discusses the problems of the current application of Mongolian and talks about several solutions to the mentioned problems.The whole paper consists of introduction,5 chapters, conclusion and complementary theory parts. The introduction part illustrates the reasons for the topic, the research purpose, research significance, research methods, the source of the materials and the current situation of the researches on this subject made by the domestic and foreign experts. Chapter I expounds the formation of Qian Gorlos, the social and historical background, geographical environment and the distribution of population. Mainly through the comparison with written language and other dialects and colloquial expressions, Chapter II discusses the characteristics of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Colloquial Speech from the perspectives of pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. Chapter III explains the changes on the pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Colloquial Speech under the influence of Chinese. Chapter IV researches and elaborates the current usage and evolution development trend of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Colloquial Speech caused by language contacts. Chapter V analyzes the problems of the current situation of the application of Mongolian and talks about several solutions to the mentioned problems. Conclusion and complementary theory part not only summarizes the research work of the thesis paper and its results, but also talks about the defects of the thesis paper and the next research tasks.
