| Philosophy plays a very important role in the formation process of a national culture. The reflection of Chinese philosophy in the field of martial art is the boxing skills, the content as well as the formation of the ethics of Chinese martial arts. This passage regards the spirit of the Chinese martial arts philosophy and ethics as the main research object, using the method of documentary, logic analysis, comparative research and other scientific research methods to analyzing the impact of Chinese martial arts philosophy on the formation process of the Chinese soul. The analysis meanly in the perspective of philosophy, ethics and art, aims at constructing the theory and function of the spirit of the Chinese martial arts primarily.This passage will research on the meaning of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit on the Chinese national spirit from the following four aspects, namely the concept and evolution of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit, the analysis of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit outline, the era interpretation on the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit and the Chinese soul,and the relationship of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit and the shaping of the Chinese soul in nowadays. The research on the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit and its impact on the shaping of Chinese national spirit is a new subject. With the research, we can make the theory of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit more integrated that is also the innovation of this article.In the introduction part, this paper introduces the research status on the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit and some other related culture in the domestic academic field. To clear up and to definite the meaning of the concept and the boundary of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit is still a new subject, but it is very important for us to do so. For this reason, this paper regards the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit as the breakthrough point, especially its influence on the Chinese culture. Besides, this part introduces the method of the research.Based on the former research results, the first chapter defines the concept of Chinese martial arts ethics spirit, clears up its origin andevolution process, analyzes how the Chinese traditional theory influenced the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit with the time goes by and the fusion process of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit in different areas.The second chapter analyzes the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit from the perspective of ethics, points out that the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit meanly includes the sense of nature and human, birth and death,humanitarian, moral principles, win and failure, justice and profit as well as home and country, and prepares for the following discussion.The third chapter analyzes the five aspects of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit, namely loyal, brave, benevolence, justice and faith, both its significance in practice and its role in shaping the Chinese soul. In addition to celebrate the four traditional virtue, this passage gives a highly estimate to the virtue of brave. The virtue of brave which we always called militarism is a very important spiritual pillar of Chinese especially in the modern time.The fourth chapter is meanly talking about the unity and encouragement meaning of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit and the Chinese soul. Advocating the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit and the virtue of brave can make the Chinese traditional philosophy be widely accepted, unite the Chinese from all over the world, and make the Chinese dream come true.The last part analyzes the structural characteristics and status of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit in the Chinese traditional society, hoping to explain the significant meaning of the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit in the process of keeping an orderly society and shaping the new Chinese soul clearly.Through the research and exploration, this paper aims at to reveal the relationship between the institutionalized Chinese martial ethics and the Chinese social order, thus to promote the understanding about the cultural structure characteristics and the forming process of Chinese traditional society, to preliminary achieved a completed research about the Chinese martial arts ethics spirit. Besides, this research can show the great spirit ofChinese via the Chinese martial ethics spirit and philosophy so that it can makes contribution to the research about the culture of the Chinese martial arts and the Chinese martial arts ethics.
