In the New Era of China, the content and form of art creation is strictly influenced by the political environment. Mao Zedong "in Yan’an Forum on Literature of Speech" has been extended to the new China and the impact of Fine Arts. However, the new Chinese art during the authoring environment is not completely closed state. Under the influence of "ancient and foreign things can serve China today" "culture first, diplomatic rear" of foreign policy, the new China selectively communicate with other countries in the world with a series of art exhibitions exchange to change the shape of the new Chinese art and development have played a crucial influence. In particular, New China selected to implement "one-sided" foreign policy, joined the Socialist camp.The Soviet Union became the subject of a comprehensive study of the new China. The Soviet socialist realism became art method of learning a new Chinese art direction. The Soviet Union held in a series of oil paintings, posters, prints and other exhibitions, which becoming the the most intuitive and vivid foretype for Chinese artists to learn socialist realism art. This paper re-examine this history, and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the art creation in socialist realism under the impact of Soviet art objectively and comprehensively.The Foreign Exchange Exhibition of Fine Arts in the New Era of China, although mainiy exchanged with the realism art object, but the exhibition also came from the other various countries that have the colorful content and form. At that time, a number of socialist countries: North Korea, Mongolia, Vietnam and Eastern Europe held art exhibition in China. The theme works of thme were mainly revolutionary historical themes and the construction of socialism, but the Oriental aesthetic value or Western elements charm which contained in the works can not be masked, such as the grinding painting exhibition Viet Nam, Poland poster exhibitions. Some developing countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America also show the exotic style which combined the traditional ethnic and modern art aesthetic spirit for China’s new artists, such as India Ajanta murals show and Mexican mural exhibitions. When New China conducted the art exhibition exchanges with Japan, Western Europe and other capitalist countries, the New China art world selected and introduced the exhibition with the democratic nature and characteristics of realism carefully. This article is going on to discuss about the "realism" standards in Western art that the artists of the new China had explained.The Foreign Exchange Exhibition of Fine Arts in the new China dad organized, plannedand publiced with the modes that combined the "bringing in" and "going out". The foreign art exhibitions in China not only opened up horizons for China’s masses to, but also provided the scene to observe and learning opportunities for artists; secondly, through exporting high-quality art exhibitions to the international arena or other countries, not only to shape a better image of the country, but also demonstrates the new achievements and traditional glamour; The most important is that through art exhibitions exchange between countries can be closely linked to the current international background to convey wishes of friendship and peace, in order to build international bridges of friendship. The Foreign Exchange Exhibition of Fine Arts of the New China, conveys our political, diplomatic philosophy lively with its rich content, which has become an important part of foreign cultural exchanges.
