With the global incorporation and the change of industry model from vertical integration to horizontal integration as well as the changes in organization and management system, a new management model comes into being which is supply chain management. Supply chain management emphasizes the optimal operation of supply chain system, and the main problem is how to effective coordinate the relationships among various enterprises in this system, so as to make the interests of member enterprises can be assured and achieve win-win situation. However, the traditional competition of enterprises versus enterprises is gradually evolving into the supply chain versus supply chain competition. The quantitative study of supply chain management has focused primarily on the competition and cooperation of member enterprises within the supply chain, and less related to the competition of supply chain versus supply chain, which has been pointed out by many scholars, but mostly belongs to qualitative analysis. How to study the competition problem of supply chain versus supply chain by optimization models with important theoretical and practical significance.This dissertation based on the background of the supply chain versus supply chain competition, to research the supply chian competition problem and its optimization models. Based on the comprehensive review and analysis of optimization models and methods of supply chain management at home and abroad, this dissertation mainly completes the following contents.First, according to the current research status of supply chain network equilibrium models and regarding the member enterprises in the same level of supply chain network as the research object. The equilibrium conditions of manufacturers, retailers and demand markets are established, respectively, when taking into account the diversity of products and the condtition of stochastic market demand by using the equilibrium theory, non-cooperation Game theory and variational inequality method. Further, a competitive multi-commodity flow supply chain network equilibrium model with stochastic demand is established, and the equilibrium conditions of the model is obtained with economic interpretations. Moreover, according to the difference of product brand and origin, as well as the case of products are randomly selected by the consumers, the supply chain network equilibrium model is extented by polynomial logit model. A multi-differentiated product supply chain network equilibrium model with stochastic demand is established, and the equilibrium condition also is presented.Second, according to the hierarchical nature of supply chain network system, regarding the member enterprises in the upper and lower level of supply chain network as the research object. For a supply chain network system with one manufacturer and multiple retailers, a supply chain network equilibrium model based on bilevel programming is established by using the Stackelberg Game theory and the methods of bilevel programming and variational inequality. The model reflects the relationships of non-cooperation Game in the same level as well as the Stackelberg Game in the upper and lower level, and in order to effectively coordinate the supply chain network, the buyback contract is also introdued. Further, for a supply chain network system with multiple manufacturers and multiple retailers, a bilevel supply chain network model is established by using the spatial pricing equilibrium theory and the method of bilevel programming. The equilibrium solutions are discussed under the case of symmetric decision function and asymmetric decision function, the economic interpretation is also given.Third, for the competition problem of supply chain versus supply chain, how this competition performed between supply chains is illustrated by the definition of product market chain. And then, the fact that the competition between supply chains actually can be seen as the competition between supply chain networks that determined by the core enterprise is pointed out. Furthermore, supply chain versus supply chain competition can be seen as the competition between supply chain alliances in the supply chain network system. In addition, according to the case that market demand is certain, and the case that market demand is stochastic and there is a difference between brands, a competitive model of supply chain network versus supply chain network is established by using non-cooperation Game theory and variational inequality method, and the equilibrium condition as well as the algorithm are also presented. Finally, the model is examined by a given example.Fourth, once again, for the competition problem of supply chain versus supply chain, fully into accounting the influence of external environment on the supply chain versus supply chain competition, a supply chain network competitive model based on bilevel programming is constructed by using Stackelberg Game theory, bilevel programming theory and the method of variational inequality. The model not only reflects the impact of upper decision-makers to lower followers, but also reflects behavior of free competition among the followers when the upper decision variables are given. Specifically, how the government’s macro-control effects the competition behavior between supply chains is explained by the way of product price taxes. Since the model actrully is bilevel programming with equilibrium constraints, algorithm based on penalty function method is given.Finally, in the analysis of competition problems of auto supply chain versus auto supply chain at home and abroad, and based on the background of Hafei automobile industry group. The supply chain competition between Hafei mini cars and Wuling mini cars is attributed to the supply chain network competition between Hafei mini cars and Wuling mini cars, where Hafei and Wuling are the core enterprises in the supply chain network, respectively. According to the supply chain network competition problems between Hafei mini cars and Wuling mini cars, several applications are researched by using the related models in this dissertation, the anylsis of the solutions shows the rationality and effectiveness of our model.
