With the development of economics and computer science,PC and terminal equipment are everywhere,especially with the wave of Internet,software industry develops with a quick pace,and we can find that software is full of our life.A big issue is raise that how to meet the various needs from numerous customers,we find software product family is an effective solution.The main point of software product family is reuse of structure and module.During the process of software product design,supply chain will affect the module configuration result of software product family.When deal with this issue,bilevel programming is used to calculate the joint solution of software product family module configuration design and module supplier selection.Summit the related study of software product family and generalize the characters of it,then based on the several most popular structure of software product family,a modified one is presented,in this structure,there are three layers including display layer,logistic layer and physical layer.In the model,the module break down risk is involved.Compared with traditional industry,the software supply chain is analyzed,when design the software supply chain,the factors of inventory and transportation are weakened.Based on the bi-level programming,the model was built,in which the upper level is about the configuration of product family module and the lower is about supplier selection.Considering the 0-1 decision variables,genetic algorithm is used in the model.In the paper,we applied the model in a Taxi-hailing family design,and the result proves the correctness and validity.
