| The construction of the socialist core values system must be implemented to every field and every industry in the practical work. We should creatively put forward and build values which are characteristic. As basic units of the socialist market economy, the enterprises undertake commodity production, circulation, management and so on. Also, there are trade or industrial characteristics in these enterprises. Therefore, it is very urgent and practical for us to discuss the construction of enterprise values in contemporary.As the "moral knowledge" and "study of the mind", Confucianism contains rich and impressive value thoughts. But there still is a considerable bias in Chinese enterprise values construction for a long time. That is:copying the western enterprise culture, ignoring and criticizing the traditional Chinese culture. So this paper is to take Marx’s theory and methodology as guidelines, clean, reform, inherit and carry forward Confucianism which contains useful value resources, combining Confucianism with the enterprise practices in order to build Chinese Characteristics Socialism Enterprise core values, and finally promote the healthy growth and harmonious development of the enterprises. That is the purpose of this paper.Enterprise values contain rich connotations, and it is an organic system. In a word, it mainly contents the enterprise ecological views, enterprise morals views, enterprise benefits views, enterprise management concepts, enterprise operation concepts, enterprise knowledge views, and enterprise target views, etc. This paper mainly discusses the combination between them and enterprise practical work.This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the "foreword", which introduces the reasons for writing, research status, and research methods and so on.The second chapter is "the socialist core values and the enterprise values". It is the theoretical premise and soul. It focuses on the essential connotation of value, values, and the socialist values from theory and practices, and clarifies intrinsic relations and combination methods of the socialism core values and enterprise values.The third chapter is ’"the unity of man and nature’ and the enterprise ecological views", which mainly explains how to draw lessons about enterprise ecological views from Confucianism and how to give it the new meaning according to the modern ecological views. At last, the author brings the concrete measures.The fourth chapter is ’"Benevolence loving the people’ and the enterprise morals views ". It focuses on Benevolence which is the core of Confucianism. Combining this with moral pratices of China Henan International Cooperation Group Co. Ltd (CHICO), this paper puts forward the conception of "charity enterprise", and singles out "humanity, kindness, filial piety, faithfulness" as the benchmark value of "charity enterprise".The fifth chapter is ’"Justice creats interests’ and the enterprise benefit views". This chapter exclusively discusses the three contents of Confucianism’s justice and profits. According to theirs modern interpretation, this paper specifically explains how to construct the view of justice and interests about the modern enterprise.The sixth chapter is ’"Harmony creats everything’ and the enterprise target views". This part mainly discusses Confucian harmonious thoughts. Contacting the enterprise target views’ construction, this chapter expounds how to plan enterprises’ immediate and ultimate goals target, and how to realize enterprise’s harmonious development.There is a logical relationship among the six chapters. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper, which constitutes the paper’s commander and soul. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapter separately explains the enterprise ecological views, morals views, benefits views and target views, of which ecological views is the premise, morals views is the core, benefits views is the basics and target views is the destination. In a word, all of them make up the basic connotation of the enterprise values.
