Research On The Corporate Culture Construction Of XH Company Based On The Perspective Of Core Values

The research shows that the core of the construction of enterprise culture is the core values of enterprises,which can affect the creativity and competitiveness of enterprises,and affect the values of employees.Values and cultural construction are the internal relations between content and form.This article integrates the socialist core values into the construction of enterprise culture,and gives full play to the leading role of the core values.In essence,the socialist core values and core values of the enterprise relationship determines the cultural construction in the primary stage of socialism in China must have the correct core values to guide,promote the development and prosperity of socialist culture.Therefore,the socialist core values determines the main content,Chinese culture development direction,level,cultural construction must lead Chinese with socialist core values,promoting the construction of socialist culture.This thesis uses Marx's world outlook and methodology to study the construction of Chinese corporate culture,especially how to construct the core values of enterprises.It is of great significance to the development of China's society.To correctly understand the relationship between the socialist core value concept and the construction of enterprise culture,we must adhere to the guidance of the construction of enterprise culture with socialist core values,promote the construction of enterprise culture innovation,enterprise employees enhance the ideological and moral qualities,enterprise survival and fighting capacity enhancement,the comprehensive development of enterprises,so as to adapt to the fierce globalization background the market competition,enterprises can develop long.China's private enterprises by the history and culture,social system and development level of restrictions on the construction of enterprise culture,enterprise culture development level is not high,strong sense of "official position" the internal construction is a money incentive state-owned enterprise management mode of semi administrative enforcement,the independent innovation enterprises greatly constrained.This paper takes XH company as an example,the private enterprise shell,state-owned enterprise mentality,using the correlation principle of the construction of enterprise culture and the core values of the enterprise knowledge,from the angle of XH company's current predicament of enterprise culture construction was carried out with the in-depth analysis and comparison,the reason to find measures to refine the core values of the enterprise,at the same time as the basis for re positioning of XH corporate culture,cultural management innovation research.The whole thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.Expounds the background and significance of the topic,the main content of the study.The second chapter is a summary of the theory.First of all,the concept,characteristics and functions of enterprise culture and enterprise core values are summarized respectively.Secondly,the orientation of core values in corporate culture is discussed.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of japan.Describes the XH company's operating conditions,corporate culture and core values of the status quo,through the results of the questionnaire on the XH company's corporate culture and core values of the pros and cons of the analysis,and find the reasons.The fourth chapter is about the reconstruction of the core values of XH company and the Countermeasures of enterprise culture construction.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the industry,the company's mission,vision and strategy,to refine the core values of the enterprise;secondly,based on the core values,further integration of the concept of corporate culture,improve the spirit of enterprise culture construction in order to realize the XH company culture in the new location;the core values as the foundation,the cultural management XH corporate strategy innovation.The fifth part is the implementation and guarantee of corporate culture strategy of XH company based on the core values.To explore the implementation of security measures from four aspects,namely the socialist core values to lead the enterprise material culture,socialist core values to lead the spirit of enterprise culture construction,the socialist core value system to lead the enterprise culture construction and the socialist core values to lead enterprise behavior culture construction in four aspects.
