SMEs Practice The Study Of Socialist Core Values

The eighteen report of the Communist Party of China pointed out : Advocate a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious,advocating freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,advocate patriotic,dedicated,honest,friendly,and actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values.The general office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the opinions on the cultivation and practice of socialist core values,Clearly to cultivate and practice the socialist core values into the economic development and social governance.The small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part of market economy,plays an important role in national economic development,its internal management is relatively flexible,the total number of social workers accounted for a large proportion of the socialist core values into the practice of economic development and social governance.This paper focuses on the small and medium-sized enterprises in practice the socialist core values to do better and meet the problems,taking the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview,observation,etc.,putting Z enterprises(SMEs)which writer working for more than ten years as the research object,trying to explore some beneficial and could be extended experience and shortcomings,which the small and medium-sized enterprise have in the process of the practice of socialist core values,putting forward some countermeasures.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction mainly explains the topics of theoretical significance and practical value,link the practicing and the development of the enterprise;reading a lot of literature,from three aspects that the practice of socialist core values research,research on the socialist core values,study on the practice and cultivation on the socialist core values situation of the topic reviewed and evaluated;constructs the research target in the aspects of theory and empirical research;introduce the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,the research method of combining theory with practice method;from the establishment of the study,the interaction research methods explaining the innovation of this paper.The second part define the basic concepts of of this study,using the latest plan standard definition of small and medium-sized enterprises,defines the basic content of the core values according to the socialist core value view on the basis of the Communist Party of Chinese eighteen report shows,according to the office of the CPC Central Committee issued about the concept of cultivating and Practicing Socialist Core Values views and dictionary tool book set practice,finally from the country,society,the definition of three levels which the "three advocate" embodies,decomposition and definition the small and medium-sized enterprise practice the core values of the content,to ensure the direction of research is justified,research purpose is clear,research results have high reliability and operability.The third part is the analysis of the questionnaire data statistics,the author recovered 135 questionnaires distributed 3 times,after detection remain 121 valid questionnaires,percentage the data aggregation,with 2 business executives,5 middle managers,20 general staff interviews and the author's observation during the period of working in more than ten years,to describe the current situation of enterprises to practice the socialist core values,The small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of the basic situation of enterprises should focus on solving the multi-level,diversified of the business owners groups and internal staff groups knowledge level,value orientation,whole employees younger,greater mobility and Party members were smaller,the party organizations can play a limited role.On the basis of the practice of the state,society,socialist core value concept of individual level should focus on solving the enterprise regulations Sound enough,the lack of humane management,the comprehensive development of staff is not enough,the socialism core values location is not clear,corporate culture construction needs to be further strengthened.The fourth part found in the third part,put small and medium-sized enterprises as the main body,put forward to establish and perfect the rules and regulations of the enterprise management,people-oriented management,put socialist core values as the leadership,clear the socialist core values and other values relationship,make the construction of enterprise culture be further strengthen.Finally carding status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the practice of socialist core values,summarize good place,problems and corresponding countermeasures,make a conclusion of this paper.
