The Study Competitive Enterprise R&D Factors And Effect Of Path Optimization

Nowadays, with the surroundings of world economic integration,globalization, and the knowledge exploit, it is an important way for enterprises toestablish and keep competitive advantages by using the R&D, which can be sefulin dealing with the pressure of competition and uncertainty of environment. Ingeneral, the enterprises are unable to complete the R&D activities alone as R&Drequires a highly qualified human resources and powerful financial support whilethose companies are lack of not only abundant materials but also the ability tohandle it. The main R&D mode is to cooperate ith external organizations,breakthrough resource constraints, take resource integration, in order to get thesynergy effect and the complementary effect. In such social context, theenterprises should take more R&D cooperation with their competitors in order toachieve the improvement of the core competitiveness, therefore to buildcompetitive advantages. There still exist several problems to be solvedconcerning how to achieve "win-win" through the R&D cooperation, thus toimprove innovation ability of the enterprise. The main purpose of this study is tosolve the problems. The study of R&D cooperative between competitiveenterprises plays a vital role in not only the theoretical but the practical areassuch as enriching and eveloping the technology innovation, strategicmanagement theory and management theory, realizing the R&D cooperativetarget from the enterprise point of decision making, and improving thecompetitive advantage of enterprise.This study is based on the enterprise knowledge theory, technologyinnovation theory, optimization theory and system theory, using thecomprehensive system analysis, research methods of logical reasoning, systemoptimization and empirical analysis comprehensively, putting how to achieve"win-win" among enterprises through the R&D cooperation as the research aim,the competition between the enterprise R&D cooperation effects of path andeffective optimization as the research core, putting up with the analyticalframework about the influential elements of the R&D cooperation among enterprises, constructing the influencing factors for the path model and thefactors affecting the optimization model, as well as revealing the regularity of thecompetition between the enterprise R&D cooperation effects, quoting the casethus to come up with cooperation strategy the principle of which is the"win-win".Firstly, this paper starts from the related concepts of R&D amongcompetitive enterprises, analyses the particularity of R&D competition andcooperation among enterprises, and measures the overall goal and individual goalof R&D, what is more, it uses the method of inductive factors and authenticatingfactors to divide the elements which influences the R&D greatly into5dimensions, they are enterprise resource dimension, cooperative behaviordimension, cooperative relationship dimension, relationship learning-absorbedenergy and environmental cooperation dimension. On this basis, the study formsthe theoretical framework of R&D cooperation influence factors, provides atheoretical basis for the R&D cooperation to establish the competition betweenthe enterprise factors model and the role of path optimization model and theorysystem.Secondly, this paper constructs the path model of R&D the factorsinfluencing cooperative competition among enterprises cooperation on theoverall performance and individual cooperative utility. Accroding to the differentfactors influencing the R&D, this paper analyzes the role of path the influence ofsingle factor on the overall performance of the R&D cooperation, and its impacton competition in the enterprise cost of cooperation and cooperation risk,deduces the influence of single factor on individual cooperative utility functionlogically, and then constructs the comprehensive model of influencing factors,also, it puts forward the hypothesis,finally it determines that the path model ismodified by the cooperative behavior, cooperation and learning-absorptionability.Thirdly, the study forms the model of the influence of R&D competition andcooperation among enterprises factors, analyzing those factors acutely.According to the characteristic of enterprise R&D cooperation, it adopts theconclusion that those factors affects the path model test results, furthermore, thepaper was constructed based on the "win-win" principle of competition factors affecting individual enterprise cooperation utility function optimization model,proposes the corresponding model basic constraints and logical constraints. Itsolves the problems by using the method of K-T algorithm as well as putting upwith the advanced function about that. On this basis, it takes the parametersensitivity analysis and the main influence factors of the sensitivity analysis.Finally, the study quotes Founder group and Acer Group cooperation in thedevelopment of the electronic reader as an analysis case, verifies the correctnessof the conclusion of the article, and predicts the R&D cooperation of Foundergroup and Acer Group. The verdict and the prediction are both the practicalapplication process. Moreover, the analysis of the case of R&D competitionand cooperation among enterprises of the factors is helpful for the managers tounderstand and use the conclusion of this paper, it also strengthens theoperational and practical value of the conclusion.In the course of the study, this paper draws lessons from the existingresearch results, searches enterprises management theory deeply, cooperativeoptimization theory, performance reasonable composition theory, organizationtheory and game theory, puts forward the theoretical framework of competitionamong enterprises R&D cooperation influence factors analysis systematically,and constructs the influence path model and the influence of factors optimizationmodel, which makes some innovation in the theory in this paper, at the same time,it also has a certain practical significance.
