With the rapid economic development in our country,the division of labor in society has become more and more elaborate.As the product of the division of labor in society,the logistics industry has undergone tremendous changes.The business environment for logistics enterprises has undergone tremendous changes and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.With the continuous decline of profit margins of logistics enterprises,with the reduction of the potential for the development of the first and second profit sources,logistics is regarded as the third source of profit by more and more attention.Distribution costs in logistics costs account for a large proportion,and distribution efficiency directly affects the efficiency of the entire logistics system,thus affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises,so the logistics and distribution system research and optimization have received more attention.Third-party logistics companies to logistics activities as the core,logistics and distribution of which is the key to logistics activities,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,reduce logistics costs and enhance customer satisfaction,will inevitably need to be through the delivery route optimization and reasonable vehicle scheduling Optimize distribution programs to improve delivery efficiency.This article is based on the "S Company" a chemical logistics-based products to the third-party logistics companies to practice the object,S company to undertake Tianjin ethylene plant plastic particle product distribution tasks,to provide vehicle,carpool logistics and distribution programs.This thesis focuses on the research on the distribution path of polyethylene plastic particles around company S in Tianjin and analyzes the status quo of distribution routes of transportation vehicles in company S to find out the existing problems and to solve this problem.The paper begins with an introduction of the research status of transportation routes at home and abroad,introduces the related theories of third-party logistics and vehicle routing optimization,and then with the background of "the route of polyethylene distribution from S-company Tianjin to its surroundings" as a research and practice background,Mathematical model,using the distribution of 8 distributors in Tianjin region of company S as the basic data,choosing a more practical mileage-saving method to solve it,and then validating the model and optimization algorithm to get the optimized results,saving 466 The transport cost of a unit also reduces the use of a transport vehicle,which also reduces the service cost of a driver and greatly reduces the empty load factor of the transport vehicle.At the end of the article,the shortcomings of this model and the algorithm for S company are put forward,and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.Through the research of the distribution route of S company,this paper draws a conclusion that it is necessary to fully understand the actual operation of enterprises,to find out the effective delivery route optimization plan,to use the scientific model and algorithm to optimize the route,and finally to come to the targeted strategy.Can really cost-effective for the company to improve the loading rate,thereby increasing business efficiency.
