Study On The Key Influence Factors In The Evolution From Operational Optimization To Sustainable Competitive Advantage

Along with new economical time arrival, it becomes an important issue which the theorists and the commercial world pay more and more attentions how to win own advantage in the intense market competition and maintain it sustainable in the background of economical globalization as well as the rapid development of information technology. In order to obtain the survival and development ability, one of the most effective ways for enterprises is obtaining the sustainable competitive advantage through the normal operational optimization to provide the strong advantageous support. The correlative statistics result indicated that the science management, specially enlarging the investment of operational optimization, may bring the large amount repayment for the enterprise, even possibly cause the enterprise to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage.This dissertation withdraws the key influence factors in the evolution from operational optimization to sustainable competitive advantage under the theoretical analysis foundation of operational optimization and strategic competitive advantage in view of the service level, the tactical level and the strategic level of enterprise organizational structure, and has simultaneously confirmed the function of influence factors in the entire evolution using the investigation data.
