Water, gas, drainage, road and other municipal infrastructure information has typical spatiotemporal feature. Municipal infrastructure spatiotemporal information integrated management (MISTIIM) is the foundation of refined management and improve operational level. MISTIIM is the key to establish municipal infrastructure security system.This paper is supported by Chinese National Key Technology R&D Program(2011BAH06B042006BAJ15B03). In municipal infrastructure "construction and operation pay equal attention" management needs background, for municipal infrastructure spatiotemporal Information (MISTM) difficult to effectively organize, difficult to integrate and analyze issues, this paper to study of scientific issues(including construction of spatiotemporal object model, network spatiotemporal data model, incremental spatiotemporal information expression model based on subject) as a breakthrough,focus on municipal infrastructure spatiotemporal data model(MISTDM), spatiotemporal information integration (MISTII). This paper exploratory research spatiotemporal data model, spatiotemporal information integration theory and its application in the field of municipal:(1) Including to the complexity of the space-time semantics, this paper analyzes the cognitive object through space and time, given the properties of the object, the formal definition of spatial objects, time, object, temporal objects, time and space objects and other general concepts of time and space objects clearly semantics, and the establishment of a universal space-time object model.(2) Build a general network spatiotemporal data model, can fully express spatiotemporal semantic of spatial, attribute, topology information of network. Network spatiotemporal data model using "historical topological tight coupling with attribute, current topological loosely coupling with logical network and geometric network, a tightly coupled network model mapped to a loosely coupled network topology model" strategy to process and recovery network topology information, to achieve a unified storage and backtrack of network spatiotemporal information.(3) using UML modeling method, based on spatiotemporal object model and network spatiotemporal data model, analyzing municipal infrastructure common spatiotemporal feature, and following conceptual model-logical model-physical model three modeling steps, building the MISTDM.MISTDM is object-oriented based, and integrate base state with amendments model and INF Model. MISTDM give the concept of formal definitions, detailed data structures and spatiotemporal relations of municipal infrastructure feature spatiotemporal object, project spatiotemporal object, operation monitoring spatiotemporal object, incident feature, inspection records, maintenance records and other common object. MISTDM design of municipal infrastructure spatiotemporal database structure, table relationships, the table structure, and store municipal Infrastructure spatiotemporal Information (MISTI) based on spatial database and commercial relational database.(4) Proposed an incremental spatiotemporal information expression model based on subject, municipal infrastructure incremental spatiotemporal expression patterns based on GML, provide an open, neutral framework for integration of municipal infrastructure spatiotemporal information, to ensure the consistency, normative, versatility of integration and improves the efficiency of integration.(5) Based on MISTDM, the research of MISTII mainly including the following subject: study of the MISTM coding rules and integrated model, analyze the business requirements, data characteristics, network environment, proposed a comprehensive integrated approach to guarantee the feasibility; achieve a mapping from tightly coupled topology to loosely coupled topology and incremental updating algorithm, to guarantee the consistency of the network topology; propose a scalable information services framework, design and implement integration service of infrastructure features, projects, maintenance and monitoring, to guarantee the comprehensiveness.(6) Combined MISTDB applied in integrated management scenarios such as the visualization of municipal infrastructure spatiotemporal evolution, complaints event hotspots analysis, monitoring information spatiotemporal evolution analysis, research on a common analysis algorithms in municipal, extracted the semantic of MIST.The spatiotemporal evolution of dynamic network analysis algorithms, can be traced back at any time of the municipal infrastructure spatial distribution patterns, and dynamic display municipal infrastructure spatial distribution evolution; proposed a spatiotemporal network events clustering algorithm based on DBSCAN, and gives the scope of the input parameters of algorithm, to resolve clusters inconsistent with the actual shape, and the algorithm stability problems caused by parameters, can be widely used to discover municipal network event hotspots; spatiotemporal consistency analysis of operational monitoring information can automatically question inconsistent data, to guarantee data accuracy and authenticity. Designed a network contour mapping algorithm with topology, and given the network morphology control point strategy, to make the network contour more accurately fit the change of monitoring data.(7) To "Changzhou Municipal Public Business Integration System" project as a example, by analyzing the MISTIIT applied scenarios (including industry-level comprehensive integration of municipal infrastructure, enterprise-level integrated operational dispatch), to validate practicality and value of the research.This research can promote municipal infrastructure operations and service levels, and promote development of municipal infrastructure security system. This research can provide a reference for spatiotemporal data model and spatiotemporal integration research in related fields.
