An Emperical Analysis On The Influential Factors And Performance Related To Forester Participation In Forestry Cooperative Organization

The18th CPC National Congress brought the construction of Bio-civilization into the overall "Five in one" layout of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics. By taking scientific development view as guidance, construction of Bio-civilization as target and improving of biology and people’s livelihood as general task, State Forestry Bureau and Forestry sectors at all levels began to accelerate their steps for developing foresstry industry and the livelihood of people in forest zone, together with steady increase of import&export of forestry products and rapid development tendancy of professional forestry cooperative organization. The production involves seeding flowers, economic forest, forest products, forest economy, planting of Chinese herbal medicine, cultivation of rare animals and forest travel industry etc. Peasants’ employment and income increased with the improvment of product competitiveness. In2011, State Forestry Bureau confirmed200demonstration counties for professional forestry cooperations, and28typical ones were determined in2012for the1st time.By choosing typical forestry cooperations of Yanshou county-a biology demonstration county at state level of Heilongjiang province to make site research and investigation, and Northern Smallberries Cooperation of Yabuli, Shangzhi city Heilongjiang province-leading representative of professional forestry cooperation as researched case, this paper took forest farmer as micro research perspectives with a view to find "bottleneck" factors that restrict the development of forestry cooperative organizations at present and the vital influence of thieir behavior willings to the whole organization through empirical inquiry of influencial factors and routine difference for forest farmers’participation in the persormance of forestry cooperative organizations, thus provide reference for the reform and development of the organization. Major research including:Construct models that reflect influential factors of behavior performance of forest farmers’ participation into forestry cooperation organization. Empirically study the influential degree, significance and routine for their participation into forestry cooperation organization to their performance on the basis of behavior attitude factors, subjective specification facors and perceptual behavior control facors. Classify forest families into different groups according to their different ages, social identifications and natural forest resource gifts and insert them into PLS structural equation models seperately for calculation. Carry out empirical analysis on data from reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity, verify model assumption and analyze empirical results, and discuss influential degree and routines for various forester’ participation into forestry cooperation organization to their performance.Construct models that reflect forester’satisfaction degree and performance influence within the mode of heterogeneous forestry cooperation.organization on the basis of heterogeneous forestry workers’ perspective to carry out significant research regarding different social identification, social age, invested capital and traded forest products etc. variables, forester’satisfaction degree and existed performance, as well as adopt SPSS15.0to setup regression model to make further empirical test. Meanwhile further examine the relationship between cultural degree, number of family labor force, ages, sexuality etc. factors of forest farmers and their performance, find out the shortage that restricts the development of main body of forestry cooperation organization with a view to be beneficial to strengthen performance management of the organization, thus found a fundamental basis for management system innovation.Provide new perspective and method for the forestry cooperation organization who researches on heterogeneity mode and establish solid theory foundation for successful implementation of China’s forest tenure reform on the basis of theory of planned behavior, transaction cost combination theory, scale economy theory and expectancy confirmation theory. Most of scholars at home and abroad tend to build and explain the macro index system on performances of forestry cooperation organization via single theory, and the integration research on performance evaluation theory has just started. Therefore, through construction of structural equation model and regression model, this research integrates financial and non-financial index, combine forester’s actual survey data and financial performance data, provides new perspective and empirical data support for the performance measurement of forestry cooperation organization.From a practical point of view, this research helps to find out the "bottleneck" factors in performance management of forestry cooperation organization, and then helps the forestry cooperation organizations to improve performance management scheme and innovation management system, which aims to improve the farmers’income and realize the general task of improving people’s livelihood. At the same time, the research basing on main body behavior of forester is also helpful to solve the problem related to inherent power mechanism of China’s forestry development, thus found solid theory foundation for successful implementation of the overall target of China’s reform of forestry property right system and ecological civilization.
