The history of human being is a history of continuously pursuing for development. When people are marveling at so many increasing miracles, they’ll notice the coming crisis. Development is unity of universality and nationality. Nowadays, infinity of human desires has come into increasing sharp conflict with scarcity of natural resources, and the lagging behind of global control comes into increasing conflict with global issues. All countries and races are confronted with same development problems. In globalization age, the development of all countries share generality, cohesiveness and unity.What’s the true meaning of "development"? Obviously, for China nowadays, if we don’t have a clear idea about this problem, we may have to pay high price and even follow footstep of western countries to ruin.
