Western Developed This Concept

During the six years of the western development, we have already made a remarkable achievement in the development of the western region. Nevertheless, a series of new problems emerged, which triggers a number of new contradictions. How to consolidate and promote the achievement of the development of the western region, and how to clear up the new problems and contradictions have become the critical issues we should attach importance to.It is on this background that we again discuss the western development should base on what kind of guidance, with the aim of ultimately realizing the establishment of equality, harmony, sustainable society in China's western region and China's socialist modernization.This paper mainly apply the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, case analysis as well as comparative analysis to analyses the previous examples and their corresponding policy of the western development process. Through a detailed analysis on the guidance's (mainly object-orientation and the official- orientation) and their own inherent errors and contradictions, we come to the correct choice people-oriented development of China's western region in the context of current realities at home and abroad. It also brings up the concept and the approach of people-orientation in the western development.
