The paper studies on how to perform thecooparate of logistics network in wider scope, which is helpful for the enterprise and thegovernment to make scientific decision.The paper reviewed the series of theory on the development of regional logistics,summarized the shortage of the existing documents and achievement, analysed theconnotation of logistics network system, set up the model of network spatial structure,analysed the form at different stage in the process of evolution, analysed the characteristics ofnetwork stage,summarized the type of development path of logistics network, put forward thesuggestion of construction, put forward the synergy mode, analysed coordination mechanism,including the dynamic mechanism, collaborative operation mechanism, incentive mechanism,behavior supervision mechanism and information sharing management mechanism，andsummarized application strategy according to the model.Finally, it analysed Wuhan city as anexample,put forward the optimization of the construction of regional logistics network and thesuggestion of collaborative operation.The paper explores the connotation of regional logistics network, make the concept ofsystem, including behavior agent, regional environment factors, resource elements andbehavior elements, established the concept model of regional logistics network system, andanalyse the interaction of the resource of each behavioragent. Finally, analysed the organic network system which is integrated by the sixsub-network, analysed the evolution process of the regional logistics network system,and made a quantitative analysis for the maturity of the network’s development by network scaleindex, node growth index, node distribution index and network nodes associationindex,summarized the characteristics of the index in each stage to judge the developmentstage of regional logistics network.The paper analysed the resource synergy, such asnformation resources, capital resources, human resources, organization and customerresources, analysed the longitudinal and transverse operation synergy mode on the base of theangle of the activities, put forward two kinds of equity synergy and four kinds of intermittentsynergy on the base of the angle of equity.Finally put forward the synergy mode on the baseof platform, analysed the software platform of coordinated manager and the hardwareplatform of logistics infrastructure.It set up the collaborative mechanism system with threekinds of mechanism, which are momentum mechanism, the operate process mechanism andthe safeguard mechanism.
