The Study On The Construction And Operation Of Regional Innovation Networks

In the era of globalization and knowledge economy, the region development confronts the great changes of outer market and technical condition, thus requires the factors such as information, technique and knowledge flow quickly. With the great advantages and the flexible characters, Regional Innovation Networks take an important role in the development of regional economy, and research on Regional Innovation Networks has become one of the international cutting-edge fields on the frontier of innovation study. Since 1980s, from various perspectives, Regional Innovation Networks has been studied, such as concept, trait and function, however, studies on how the local innovational behavior subjects in an area build stable cooperative relationship,and how to establish the link mechanisms that required in the forming process of the networks and the operation after the regional innovation networks has formed are not enough. In the article, the author attempts to study the whole process from the construction to the operation of Regional Innovation Networks. On the basis of these theories, some countermeasures and advice have been put forward through analyzing the present condition of the innovation networks based on the cooperation of industry, university and institute in Fujian province. There are five chapters in the article.Chapter one is Introduction. The paper introduces the research target, the research meaning, the research status quo and the research methods, etc. Chapter two is A overview on the basic theory of Regional Innovation Networks. The author expounds Regional Innovation Networks from theoretical basis,concept,features,major functions to basic anatomy.Chapter three is The construction of the Regional Innovation Networks. In this chapter, the author introduces the modes of forming the networks for the nodes in Regional Innovation Networks, analyzes the process of forming the networks for the local behavior subjects and the link mechanisms which required to be established.Chapter four is The operation of Regional Innovation Networks. First, this paper puts forward a model for running Regional Innovation Networks and analyzes the characters of the running model in detail. At last, the author illustrates the running process of innovation networks in traditional industry district and the innovation networks in high technology industry district by using the model.Chapter five is Study on the Innovation Networks based on the cooperation of industry, university and institute in Fujian province.
